Hi guys,
I'm running into a weird situation, I recently bought a Huion pen display to replace my old wacom. However once I uninstall the wacom driver, the tourbox is not recognized anymore. But once I reinstall that driver, it works again...
Anybody ran into that issue?
Thanks

Hi Raiusora,
Thank you for your message.
Could you please tell us what computer system are you using, Mac OS or Windows? And have you installed the TourBox driver? If you, have you tried reinstalling the TourBox driver and see whether that works? Besides, please make sure the green light on your TourBox is on when you mentioned that it could not be recognised. If possible, please also try to use another cable to connect TourBox to the computer and see whether the problem was caused by the cable.

Re: Weird relation with wacom driver
Hi,
I'm on Windows 10, But I found out what was wrong, I don't know why but when you uninstall the wacom driver, there is this ''Silicon Labs CP210x USB to UART Bridge (COM3)'' which also have its driver uninstalled. So I just updated the driver within the device manager and everything was working fine.
Cheers.
