I am using Tourbox with Photoshop on a 2019 iMac. I really like the device and find it extremely useful.
My software is up to date.
Frequently I get the message: Please connect the Tourbox. (This has been happening since day one.)
I unplug the usb cord, plug it back in and I'm fine - for a while. A few hours or a day or two later - again, and again, and again.
In the immortal words of Jerry Seinfeld: "What's up with that?"
This is extremely annoying. Any ideas or advice?

Hi, sorry to hear that. Have you tried to change the cable and see whether it works? It might be caused by loose or defective contacts.
