Stopped working in Lightroom after upgrading to v2.1.2

I upgraded to version 2.1.2 on macOS Catalina and it stopped working in Lightroom. During the upgrade, I reinstalled the driver and the console. I can see key presses being recognized in the console when I use Tourbox. However, it has no effect in Lightroom. It was working properly prior to the upgrade.

Hi, sorry for the late reply.

Please make sure that you connected LR presets to TourBox when the auto-switch function is on. You should close all anti-virus softwares in your computer. And please make sure you installed the affiliate tool for MacOS system.
