Is anyone building an After Effects preset?

I've been slowly trying to setup the Tourbox for consistent use.  I use this setup when doing a lot of masking/roto/cloning work. 
Feel free to try out the Windows Preset I've come up with so far. 

The C1 button is set for 'Freeze Frame'  This is a custom keyboard shortcut setup in After Effects.  In order to use it, add ALT+F as freeze frame in After effects.
